The exploration of the root cause of Marcuse’s contradictory thought in one dimensional man

马尔库塞《单向度的人》一书一方面沿承其早期著作中的否定性思想,对发达工业社会和技术文明进行了尖锐的批判,另一方面也在一定程度上透露出作者在社会转型期形成的焦虑性心理。这种焦虑性大致根源于三方面:一是总体性成就表象下隐藏着不合理性的现代社会;二是对人类自由文明的发展有着双刃剑作用的工具技术;三是否定性思想内容消逝之后的艺术出路。

In one dimensional man , which inherited Marcuse＇ s earlier negative thought,it is harsh in its criticism of developed industrial society and technological civilization. And it also reveal Marcuse＇s contradictory thought to a certain degree. Such anxiety approximately caused by the following reasons：First,the modem society which hide the irratiordity under the apparent achievement;Second,the technology which can help to creat freedom and cililization,as well as ruin it;Third,the art＇s way out after the disappearance of neagative contents.
