"课前精彩亮相三分钟"是培养和提升师范生从教素质的课前综合训练活动。在高师"思想政治学科教学论"的课前教学中实施此活动,符合师范生的心理特征,凸显了此课程的实践性质,符合师范教育的培养目标。实施活动时应安排有序、要求具体、注重实效、以鼓励为主并强调总结反思。同时,活动中要严格控制时间,加强活动后师生间的有效沟通并及时调控"亮相"后学生的心绪。
