血管内皮生长因子A在脊椎动物左室流出道发育中的作用
摘要
血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)是心脏发育过程中重要的生长因子之一,VEGFA基因缺失可致心脏畸形的发生使胚胎在早期即死亡,其不同位点的突变可引起先天性左室流出道梗阻的发生。该文就VEGFA在左室流出道发育中的作用及其与其他相关信号通路的互相作用的相关研究进展进行综述。
