摘要
固态发射机是整机低波段应用较多的一种发射机。针对某固态发射机的故障现象,从其功率合成工作原理入手,分析其故障原因,特别从可靠性角度分析了功率余量和功率合成方式对失效性的影响。在此基础上,说明了在整机联试条件下提高功率余量的必要性和可靠性等改进方法。试验表明,该方法可行。
Solid state transmitter is applied broadly in the low band system.Based on the failure appearance,the operational principle and failure cause,especially the influence of power redundancy and power combining,are analyzed from the reliability perspective.Then the necessity to enhance the power redundancy and reliability improvement way are illustrated in the situation of system united test.The experimental results proves the validity of the way.
