摘要
采用等效中性面简化的离散BEAM单元法建立钢板弹簧多体动力学模型,对建立的模型进行仿真分析,并与试验结果进行对比;将该模型植入悬架系统及整车模型中,分析对钢板弹簧总成特性影响较大的建模参数对车辆性能的影响。研究表明:离散BEAM单元法建立的钢板弹簧模型能够较真实准确地模拟钢板弹簧的总成特性;具有过度转向或过大的不足转向特性的车辆可以选取合适的卷耳形式,通过降低或提高卷耳位置来获取期望的不足转向度。
Leaf spring multi-body dynamics model was established by using discrete BEAM method simplified by equivalent neutral surface,the results of simulation analysis of the model were compared with the experimental results.The modeling parameters of the leaf spring assembly characteristics on vehicle performance were analyzed by implanting the model to suspension system and vehicle model.The results indicate that the discrete BEAM method to establish the leaf spring model is able to simulate the actual characteristic of leaf spring.The vehicle with oversteer or excessive understeer characteristics can obtain the desired understeer degree by lowering or raising the eyehook position.
