促进农民专业合作社良性发展的对策建议——以新疆吐鲁番地区为例

The Countermeasures and Suggestions on Promoting the Benign Development of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives ——A Case of Turpan Areas in Xinjiang

目前,我国农民专业合作社呈现出较快的良性发展态势,现已成为农村市场的重要组成部分,但对于欠发达地区而言,农民专业合作社发展相对缓慢,其辐射带动作用尚未得到有效发挥,需要进一步引导和扶持。本文以新疆吐鲁番地区为例,对农民专业合作社运行机制、金融扶持以及外部监管等方面进行探讨研究,并提出相关建议。

At present,specialized farmers cooperatives have taken on a trend of a fast and healthy development in China,and have now become an important part of the rural market.But for less-developed areas,specialized farmers cooperatives have developed relatively slowly whose radiating and driving functions do not play an effective role,and need further guidance and support.Taking Turpan in Xinjiang as an example,the paper discusses operation mechanism,financial support and external supervision of specialized farmers cooperatives,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
