摘要
管理具有科学性与艺术性,科学性强调的是规律性,而艺术性强调的是实践性。人们在管理的科学性方面的研究日益深入,并形成了众多的学派,而在如何提高管理的艺术性方面,基本无定论可言。提高管理的艺术性的关键在于管理者应首先拥有艺术性的思维,而培养这种思维的一个很好的途径就是向《易经》学习,从中汲取营养。
In this paper,the author proposes a method that the artistic mind can be developed by studying the Book of Changes.Management has the scientific quality which focuses on regularity and artistic quality with emphasis on the practicality.Compared to the scientific quality,the artistic quality is much more difficult to control.In order to achieve a good effect of management,a manager should be artistic in his mind and learn to cultivate the artistic mind from the Book of Changes.
