Urbanization and the Construction of Ecological Civilization:Conflict and Coordination

城镇化是实现工业化和现代化的必然要求和途径。生态文明是以人与自然和谐共荣为基本特征和目的、体现人类社会文明发展方向的文明形态。积极稳妥地推进城镇化,把生态建设放到更加突出的位置,走城镇化与生态建设相统一的可持续发展之路是一项具有战略意义的举措。本文从城镇化与生态文明建设的辩证关系出发,阐述了二者之间的冲突及其表现,并基于二者之间的矛盾与冲突提出了城镇化与生态文明建设协调发展的对策和措施,以期为推动城镇化建设的生态可持续发展提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Urbanization is the inevitable requirement and approach to realize industrialization and modern- ization. Basically featured and aimed as the harmonious co-prosperity of human and nature, ecological civilization is a civilization form which reflects the direction for development of human social civilization. It＇s a strategic act to actively and steadily promote urbanization, to put ecological construction in a more prominent position, and to take the path of sustainable development in which urbanization and ecological construction are integrated. This paper describes the conflicts and corresponding manifestations between urbanization and the construction of eco- logical civilization from the perspective of their dialectical relations, and based on their contradictions and con- flicts, it puts forward the countermeasures on their harmonious development, in order to provide a useful reference for promoting sustainable development of ecological urban construction.
