摘要
人力资源是区域发展最为关键的战略资源,人力资源开发的好坏对于鄱阳湖生态经济区经济社会实现全面、协调、可持续发展和江西实现绿色崛起、进位赶超具有十分重要的意义。当前,鄱阳湖生态经济区人力资源总体水平不高,人力资源开发存在一些不足。因此,必须强化经济区人力资源战略,加大人力资本投资,营造人力资源开发环境,适应经济结构不断调整的需要,大力提升经济区人力资源的整体能力。
Human resource is critical for regional development. The development of human resources m the Poyang Lake Eco-eeonomic Zone plays a very important role in realizing the comprehensive, coordinated and sus- tainable development of the Zone. Besides. it's also of great importance to the realization of green rising of Jiangxi province and its catching up with the other provinces. At present, the integral level of human resource of the Zone is not very high. and there are still many shortcomings during the process of human resource development. There- fore, it's necessary to strengthen human resources strategy, to increase the investment of human resources, to cre- ate a good atmosphere for human resource development, and to improve the integral capacity of human resources in the Zone.
