煤炭企业集团内部第三方检验的实践

Practice of internal third-party inspection of coal enterprise

以阳煤集团企业内部煤质检测与管理体系的运作为案例,介绍了企业内部第三方检验机构产生的背景、运作方式,并阐述了阳泉煤质检测管理中心在实践中重点实施的工作。由实践可知,在煤炭企业内部建立独立的检验机构有利于煤炭产品质量的提高,独立法人的第三方检验机构将成为煤质检验发展的方向。

Taking the operation of internal coal quality test and management system of Yangquan Coal Group as example, this paper introduced the background and the operation mode of internal third-party inspection of enterprise, and the key implementation in practice in Yangquan Coal Quality Test and Management Center were also stated. From practice it was indicated that an independent inspection institution was beneficial to improvement of coal product quality, and the third-party inspection institution with independent legal entity would be the direction of the development of coal quality testing.
