煤质加工方案的选择与探讨

Discussion on the selection of coal processing scheme

通过对山西煤炭运销集团阳泉有限公司所属生产矿井的煤炭资源状况、产能、煤质特点的分析,结合市场需求状况并从煤质加工的角度出发,提出切合阳泉公司实际的产品定位方案,并对煤炭洗选加工方案进行分析与研究。分析研究表明,阳泉公司煤质加工前景广阔,通过有效的煤质加工手段可将原煤销售变为精煤销售,并可达到提高效益、稳定市场和企业利益最大化的目的。

Through the analyses of resources status, productivity, coal quality characteristics of the coal mine which belonged to Yangquan Co., Ltd. of Shanxi coal transportation and sales Group Co., Ltd, this paper proposed a product positioning scheme which was suitable for Yangquan company and researched a method of coal washing process combined with the market requirement and coal processing. The analyses showed that, there would be a broad prospects on coal processing, and through the effective processing methods, the raw coal sales could be changed to clean coal sales, so that the improvement of benefits, stable market and the maximum profits of the enterprise could be realized.
