On Problems of Building Intellectualization in Building Energy Efficiency Design in Chongqing

该文介绍了重庆市建筑节能设计的基本情况,结合多年从事的建筑能效测评工作,对建筑节能设计软件不能真实反映竣工项目的设备能耗、既有建筑节能改造中智能化节能设计的重点及如何提高建筑智能化工程的节能设计质量问题进行分析总结,提出相应的建议。

The basic situations of building energy efficiency design in Chongqing are discussed.The problems in the building energy efficiency design software of failure to authentically reflect the energy consumption of equipment in completed project,the important parts in intellectual energy efficiency design and ways to enhance design quality are discussed with corresponding suggestions presented.
