汽车金融服务业服务模块化运行的价值创造路径——基于案例研究的视角 被引量:12

摘要 文章基于服务性竞争的商业时代,在阐释服务模块化运行机理的基础上,以汽车金融业为研究对象,运用案例分析方法探究了服务模块化的价值创造逻辑。研究表明,服务模块化是促进价值创造的新型组织形式;通过分工与集成两种基本方式,汽车金融服务业服务模块化的价值创造性得以实现,这种价值创造性可应用于服务产品模块化、服务模块化组织、服务产业模块化和创新型的服务模块化四条路径实现;服务模块化的归宿是创造价值,但其价值创造力持续演化。 Based on the commercial era of service competition, on the basis of defining the operation mechanism of the service module, regarding the automobile financial industry, as the research object and using the case analysis method, this paper studied the value creation logic of service module. The research shows that service module is a new form of organization to promote the value creation. By the two basic ways of division and integration, the value creativity of the financial services industry of the automobile achieves service modular is achieved. The value creativity can be applied to four paths, the product service modular, service modular organization, service module in service industry and innovative service module. The aim of service modular is to create value, but its value creativity continues to evolve.
