尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物及其受体在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的临床意义

Expression of urokinase type plasminogen activator and uPA receptor in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder

目的 探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 (uPA)及其特异受体 (uPA R)与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为之间的关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 5 1例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中uPA及uPA R蛋白水平的表达。 结果 随膀胱移行细胞癌分级、分期的增高和转移的出现 ,uPA和uPA R表达明显增高 (P值分别 <0 0 1,0 0 5 ,0 0 1)。 结论 uPA及uPA R的阳性表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的浸润和转移能力增强有关 。

Objective To study the urokinase type plasminogen activator (uPA) and uPA receptor (uPA R) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods Expressions of uPA and uPA R were stu died by means of immunocytochemistry in 51 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and in 10 normal bladder mucosa as controls. Results uPA and uPA R were both negative in normal bladder mucosa.Whereas,both the expressions were noted in the carcinoma tissues and their levels were intimately correlated to the grade,stage and metastasis of the tumor ( P <0.01,0.05,0.01 respectively). Conclusions Over expression of uPA and uPA R was significantly correlated to bladder cancer invasion and metastasis.
