摘要 水稻的芒性是一个与驯化相关的重要性状,是由多基因控制的数量性状,遗传基础复杂,且易受环境因素影响。染色体单片段代换系由于减少了个体间遗传背景的干扰,已经成为鉴定复杂性状QTL的新型遗传材料。以籼稻品种广陆矮4号为受体和粳稻品种日本晴为供体构建而成的119个染色体单片段代换系为材料,对芒长性状进行了调查分析。结合2011,2012年的调查结果,通过代换作图共鉴定出15个与芒性相关的QTL,这些QTL分布在除1,10,12外的9条染色体上,第3染色体上检测到的QTL最多为3个。15个QTL中效应最大的QTL是qAN4-1,2年平均芒长为4.7 cm;效应最小的QTL是qAN11-2,2年平均芒长为0.7 cm。这些QTL的定位,为进一步克隆芒性相关基因以及研究芒性的分子机理提供了重要的依据。 Awn character in rice relating with domestication is a typical quantitative trait which is liable to be influenced by genetic backgrounds and environments.As a novel research material,chromosome single segment substitution lines are useful in QTL identification because of diminishing the interference of genetic backgrounds among plants.In this study,15 QTLs for awn character were identified using 119 rice chromosome single segment substitution lines derived from Nipponbare as donor parent in the background of Guangluai 4 in 2011 and 2012.A total of 15 QTLs for awn character distributed on 9 chromosomes except chromosome 1,10 and 12 by substitution mapping with maximum 3 QTLs on chromosome 3.Of these 15 QTLs,qAN4-1 had the largest effect with 4.7 cm mean awn in the two years,while qAN11-2 had the smallest effect with 0.7 cm mean awn in the two years.These results provided important basis for the QTLs cloning and molecular breeding of rice.
