摘要
信任是影响图书馆咨询团队知识整合绩效的重要因素之一。以此,在分析关系信任、图书馆咨询团队知识整合及其知识整合能力内涵的基础上,论证了关系信任通过重复合作交流和共享,以知识整合能力为手段,对图书馆咨询团队知识整合绩效有着显著的正相关,形成良性的循环关系,进而构建了基于关系信任的图书馆咨询团队知识整合绩效理论模型。最后,给出几点启示和建议。
Trust is one of the important factors affect the the library consulting team knowledge integration and performance.The article combined with relation trust and library consulting team knowledge integration and knowledge integration capability of connotation,and proved that relation trust had a significant positive correlation of library consulting team knowledge integration performance in repeated cooperative exchange and sharing,integrate knowledge ability of means,and formed a virtuous cycle,then a study on library consulting team knowledge integration performance based on relation trust was built.Finally the article gave several enlightenment and suggestions.
