企业信息化过程中知识整合机制与知识吸收能力关系研究

The Relationship Research of Knowledge Combinative Mechanism and Knowledge Absorptive Capacity in Informationization

以我国企业为研究对象,对企业信息化过程中的知识整合机制与知识吸收能力关系进行理论和实证分析。研究结果表明,社会化机制和系统化机制通过现实吸收能力对信息系统应用效果有显著的正向影响作用,而协调机制通过潜在吸收能力对信息系统应用效果作用不显著。

Using a data set from China enterprises,this paper analyzed the relationship of knowledge combinative mechanism and knowledge absorptive capacity in informationization.The research results showed that socialization mechanism and systems mechanism had a positive direct impact on IS effectiveness when mediated by realized absorptive capacity;that coordination mechanism had not significant impact on IS effectiveness when mediated by potential absorptive capacity.
