摘要
罩式退火炉是冷轧钢板生产流程中的重要设备,用于冷轧钢板成品前的再结晶退火,退火质量直接影响冷轧钢板的机械性能和表面光洁度。针对罩式退火炉钢卷退火冷却过程中的钢卷退火氧化问题,在分析炉台设备结构的基础上,采用CFD软件进行了炉内保护气氛流场的建模和仿真研究,得到了保护气氛流场的压力云图和流动迹线,进而分析了炉内气氛负压区的形成原因和消除方法;在某HPH罩式炉车间进行了实验研究,验证了仿真结果的正确性。论文的研究内容在国内其他装备罩式炉的厂家都具有应用推广价值。
Batch annealing base is the important equipment in production process of cold-rolled steel sheet,used for recrystallization annealing before finished product of cold rolling steel,and the annealing quality directly affects the mechanical properties of cold rolled steel sheet and surface finishment.Based on oxidation of steel coils caused in the process of steel annealing,the physical model of the protective gas flow-field inner the annealing base was established and simulated with CFD software and the pressure contour and flow line drawings were obtained.And then the reason of the gas negative pressure field and the corresponding solutions were researched,and finally experiments were made to verify the research results.The research conclusions obtained here can be popularized to other works.
