卸荷阀三维流场数值模拟与试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用在航天领域中某型号卸荷阀,是航天火箭气动控制系统的重要组成元件,其稳定性、可靠性直接影响到整个航天系统的正常运行。通过使用三维流场数值模拟技术,对某型号卸荷阀流道内的流场流态进行数值仿真,建立大活门与壳体径向间隙的压力场和速度场分布状态,通过分析不同径向间隙尺寸对流场流态及压力-速度特性的影响,确定了影响卸荷阀稳态特性的主要结构参数;经试验验证,与仿真计算结果吻合较好,试验结果验证了三维流场数值仿真的有效性,为降低试验研究成本,缩短开发周期及卸荷阀的优化设计和故障诊断提供了指导。 Someone model high-pressure unloading valve applied in the field of aerospace is an important component element of the space rocket pneumatic control system.Its stability and reliability directly affects the normal operation of the entire aerospace systems.Based on the flow field numerical simulation method,numerical simulation is carried out for the flow field of someone model high-pressure unloading valve.Distribution states of the pressure field and velocity field are established in the large valve and casing radial clearance.The effect of flow field and pressure-velocity characteristic by the different radial clearance is analyzed.The major structural parameters of influence the unloading valves steady state characteristics are determined.The results of the numerical simulation was verified by the experimental test,which provides guidance for reducing test costs,shortening the development cycle,optimum design and fault diagnosis.
