摘要
指在探索一种风机叶片根部复合纤维铺层连接结构强度分析方法,为设计和选材提供参考。叶片根部结构承受的载荷最大,要求其具有足够的强度和弯扭刚度。根部铺层具有一定的周期性,基于复合材料厚板结构有效弹性常数等效方法对某1.5MW风机叶片根部铺层材料进行了性能等效,建立了三维实体模型,确定了边界条件,在ABAQUS中分析得到了叶片根部区域和T型螺栓的应力分布。经校核,结果表明,根部铺层结构和T型螺栓均满足强度要求,验证了该方法的正确性。
The purpose is to search a strength analysis method for root linkage structure of composite wind turbine blade.Blade root bears the maximum load and it should has enough strength.Root lamination has definite cyclicity.Based on elastic constant equivalent method of composite lamination structure,equivalent performance calculation for root lamination material of some 1.5MW wind turbine blade was done 3D model was established and boundary condition was determined.Stress analysis result of blade root and T bolt were obtained in Abaqus.Result indicates they both meet the strength requirement through checking.Correctness and validity of the method was verified.
