摘要
为提高X射线源热设计的准确性,保证其在安检机中工作的稳定性,通过对X射线源热力学原理、内部结构、主要热源和常用热仿真软件的介绍,分析了温度对X射线源内部电子元件工作可靠性所产生的重要影响,阐述了进行热仿真研究的必要性。对比Flotherm与Icepak两款热力学仿真软件,根据X射线源实际工况,选择使用Flotherm软件对某型号X射线源进行了多组热仿真计算,将实际测试数据与仿真数据相对比,通过数据证明两者间误差较小,仿真结果具有较好的参考性和实用性。
It was aimed to improve the accuracy of X-ray source thermal design and to ensure its stability in the screening machine.Through the introduce of the theory of thermodynamics,internal structure,the main heat sources and commonly used thermal software,the significant influence of temperature on the working reliability of internal electronic components in the X-ray source was analyzed and the necessity of thermal simulation research was expounded.A contrast between two thermodynamic simulation softwares,which were Fltherm and Icepak,was made.Thermal simulation for a certain type of the X-ray source based on actual operating condition of the X-ray source was done by using the Flotherm software for several times,and the simulation data was compared with the practical test data.It was proved that the error was small and the simulation results were of a good reference and practicality.
