基于田口法的端铣刀研磨参数优化设计 被引量:8

摘要 为提高铣削加工用端铣刀的工作寿命,并寻求合理的工艺参数。以经研磨修复后的端铣刀表面粗糙度为评价指标,通过具体实验分析砂轮主轴转速、进给率及磨削深度等研磨参数对表面粗糙度的影响,利用正交试验获取各研磨参数的信噪比及最优的研磨参数组合,并进行实验确认。结果表明,各研磨参数对表面粗糙度的影响程度差异很大,进给率是影响端铣刀表面粗糙度的核心因素。该实验设计方法切实可行,结果正确,田口法能适于解决端铣刀的表面研磨质量问题。 In order to improve the working life of end-mill in milling process,and to seek the reasonable parameters,the surface roughness of end-mill after being grinded is defined as the evaluation focus,and it is affected by grinding parameters including speed of wheel spindle,feed rate and cutting depth,and the relations are tested and analyzed by specific experiments.Moreover,the signal to noise ratios and the optimum grinding parameters combination are obtained and confirmed by using orthogonal experiment.The results show the degree of difference of the various grinding parameters on surface roughness is great,and the feed rate is the core factor that affects the end mill surface roughness,the experimental design method is feasible,the results are correct,and the Taguchi method is suitable for solving the problem of surface quality as the end-mill grinded.
