摘要
机械产品概念设计的目的是实现产品功能到结构的映射,以获得产品设计约束链中的结构部件和结构单元的组成原理重构和概念方案。方法通过约束功能分析和各功能模块的设计约束加载,映射出诸多可选的结构形式,再结合机械产品的整机性能指标和主要结构参数等约束要素,确定出具体映射结构件以及相互功能联结形式。论文以电动液压叉车概念方案的产品建模仿真和物性分析的应用案例,给出结构方案评判和优选的概念设计方法,验证了方法的可行性。
The purpose of conceptual design of mechanical products is to realize the mapping from product function to its structure so as to obtain the reconstruction and conceptual plan of the composition principle of structure components and structure units in the constraint chain of product design.The method is that,firstly,several optional structure forms are obtained in the process of constraint function analysis and design constraints loading for each function module.Then combined with the constraint factors such as the engine performance index of mechanical products and the main structure parameters,the specific mapping structure and the mutual coupling form are determined.In the end,the feasibility of the method is verified on the application case of the modeling simulation and physical property analysis of the conceptual plan of electric hydraulic forklifts by giving the conceptual design method of structure scheme evaluation and optimization.
