摘要
转炉扭力杆是转炉倾动系统中的关键部件,易发生失效断裂。应用金相检验和宏观断口分析方法对转炉扭力杆断裂的失效进行了分析,结果表明,转炉扭力杆失效断裂属高应力低周次多源的疲劳破坏。提出了断裂杆修复方案,用有限元方法进行强度校核,验证修复技术方案的安全性和可靠性。理论计算表明其修复方案安全可靠,实践也证明修复工艺技术和机械性能满足了生产使用要求。
The synchro-bar,the key part in the converter tilting mechanism,is easy to break during production.The method of metallographic phase and broken appearance inspection is used to analyze the cause of the broken bar.The result is that the strain of high stress,low circle and many sources cause the bar break.The repairment project is worked out.The finite element is used to consider whether the project is safe,feasible and reliable.The finite element result is that the project is practical.The repaired bar,including its repairment technical procedure and mechanical property,meets the converter tilting mechanism reproduce technique and reuse later.
