低温容器的生产,不仅要求钢材有良好的低温性能,而且要求经过焊接、热处理等加工过程后,焊接接头性能也要保证低温使用要求。因此焊接材料的选择、焊接工艺规范对性能的影响以及焊后热处理规范的确定等都十分重要。进行16MnDR低温钢的焊条电弧焊、埋弧焊,焊后经消除应力处理后进行焊接工艺评定,各项技术指标均满足要求,证明所选用的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺和热处理工艺正确合理。
The steel alloy using on low temperature should have not only good low temperature properties,but also the welding joints can assure the requirements of operating after the processing of welding,PWHT etc. So the choice of welding material, the influence of welding procedure and the determination of heat treatment procedure are very important.The article combines 16MnDR low temperature steel's welding features and the device's structure features,finished SMAW and SAW,WPQ and the product's welding.All the technical specifications are satisfied.This proves the chosen welding process, welding materials, welding procedure parameters is correct and reasonable.
