摘要
针对电阻焊焊接时间控制精度的问题,利用Pspice电路仿真软件对采用IGBT进行可控整流的逆变电源变压器二次侧进行深入研究。建立了变压器二次输出电压和IGBT驱动信号的元件模型,并进行了分析和讨论,仿真结果表明,所设计的中频逆变点焊电源可以将点焊过程中电流时间的控制精度提高到0.1 ms。本研究的设计和仿真实验对将来中频逆变点焊电源设计和制造具有一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the problems of the control accuracy for resistance welding time,an IGBT controlled rectifier in the secondary side of power inverter transformer is conducted to deeply study by Pspice simulation software in this paper.In the simulation process,the electrical model of the transformer secondary side output voltage,and IGBT driver signals are established.Simulation results show that this design of inverter welding power can improve the accuracy of the current spot welding process control to O.lms. The design and simulation in this paper may be a guidance for the design and manufacture of the frequency inverter spot welding power supply in the future.
