摘要
在焊接系统中,为了提高焊接系统输出电压和电流的波形质量,针对单端正激逆变器存在的不足,采用两个单端正激逆变电源并联,即交错串并联逆变焊接电源。该电源脉冲电流频率是单端正激脉冲电流频率的一倍,可达到100 kHz,后接平波电感,这样焊接电流纹波小。两个单端正激逆变器都采用平特性,用于等速送丝熔化极脉冲弧焊时,电弧稳定,使用和调节方便。通过仿真和实验验证了该电路拓扑结构和控制方法的可行性。
In welding systems, in order to improve the output voltage and current waveform quality ,this paper aims at the deficiencies of interleaving single forward inverter,using two single-ended forward power inverters in parallel, staggered both series and parallel inverter welding power source. The power pulse current frequency is single-ended forward pulse current frequency doubled to reach 100 kHz pulsd current,followed by smoothing inductance,so the welding current ripple. Two single-ended forward inverter level characteristics are used for constant wire feed MIG pulsed arc welding,arc stability,operation,and easy to adjust. In the end of the simulation and experimental validation of the circuit topology and control method is feasible.
