摘要
研究掘进机械上直接切割岩石的旋转部件钻头用机器人自动焊接的系统设计方式,从机器人、自动焊机、高精度转台、气动手指、存料台、自动化程控系统与焊接夹具等几个方面进行了详细介绍。探讨了机器人在大型钻头自动焊上的应用,并对空间三维自动建模定位进行试验研究。结果表明,通过有效的设计,对钻头进行机器人自动焊接具有定位精准、焊缝内部质量优良、空间角度易保证、自动化程度高等诸多优点。
System design for automatic welding robot rotary bit boring machine directly on rock cutting research,from the robot, automatic welding machine ,high precision turntable ,pneumatic finger, storage station ,automation control system and welding fixture and so on several aspects were introduced.Discussion on the application of robot in large drill automatic welding,and the test is carried out to study the 3D automatic modeling location.The results show that,through effective design, robot automatic welding seam with precise positioning, excellent internal quality, space angle is easy to guarantee, automatization of drill.
