摘要 阐述IT系统的优缺点,侧重介绍IT系统对电气装置绝缘的提高要求、配出中性线后带来的诸多麻烦、220V电源电压的取得、绝缘监测器的测试电压和其报警值的确定等问题。 It is to discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of IT system and focuses on issues such as its requirements on insulation improvement of electrical devices, troubles caused by the distribution of neutral conductors, how to obtain the 220 V supply voltage and the determination of testing voltage and alarm value of insulation monitor device.
