摘要
采用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus 12.1和塔板计算软件FRI 2.1,对中国石油化工股份有限公司燕山分公司炼油厂220 kt/a催化裂化汽油加氢装置汽油稳定塔进行了模拟计算和塔板设计。生产实际验证结果表明,稳定塔的模拟计算结果与实际生产数据相吻合,塔顶液化气产品中C5的体积分数为0.02%,满足不大于0.50%的设计要求;塔底汽油中C4的质量分数为0.5%,满足不大于2.0%的设计要求。
The simulation calculation and tray de- sign were conducted with process simulation software Aspen Plus 12.1 and tray calculation software ICEC for the stabilizer of 220 kt/a catalytic cracking gaso- line hydrogenation unit in the Refinery of Yanshan Branch of SINOPEC CORP. The results showed that the simulated data of stabilizer was in line with the practical production results. The volume fraction ofC5 in liquefied petroleum gas on the column top was0. 02% which met the design requirement of no more than 0. 50% , and the mass fraction of C4 in gasoline at the column bottom was 0. 5% which met the design requirement of no more than 2.0%.
