摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司2#催化裂化装置余热锅炉在运行过程中出现的问题并分析了实施节能技术改造的必要性,提出了相应改造方案,还就改造后的3种运行工况进行了热力计算。实施节能技术改造后,2#余热锅炉可实现长周期运行,排烟温度可由目前的216℃降至178℃,烟气热量回收量增加2.520 MW,年节能量为1 957 t标准燃料油,直接经济效益为626万元/a;同时还可消除省煤器的低温露点腐蚀隐患,使省煤器的使用寿命延长,检修和维护费用减少量约为100万元/a。
The problems existed in the operation of 2# waste heat boiler was presented, the necessity of revamping for energy saving was discussed ,the corre- sponding measures were proposed, and the thermody- namic calculation was performed for 3 operating modes after the revamping. The results showed that the revamped 2# waste heat boiler realized long - pe- riod operation, the temperature of exhaust gas de- creased from 216 ℃ (before revamping ) to 178 ℃ ,the heat recovery of flue gas increased by 2. 520 MW,the energy was saved by 1 957 t standard fuel oil per year, and the direct economic benefit was 6.26 million yuan/a. Otherwise, the dew point corro- sion at low temperature was removed, extending the service life of economizer. The expenses of repairand maintenance decreased by about I million yuan/a.
