采用二维气相色谱及微板流路控制技术分析石脑油中的微量含氧化合物 被引量:8

摘要 采用微板流路控制技术(Deans Switch)实现中心切割,将非极性PDMS-1柱与极性Lowox柱双柱串联,建立了分析石脑油中微量含氧化合物的二维气相色谱新方法。结果表明,采用外标法定量,30 min内可完成14种含氧化合物的分离与分析;标准样品5次重复测定的相对标准偏差均小于2.00%;样品的加标回收率为96.95%~102.86%;分析方法的最小检出限为0.1μg/g;这种方法适合测定石脑油中的微量含氧化合物。 A novel two dimensional gas chromato- graphic method used for the determination of trace oxygenates in naphtha was established by the capil- lary flow technology (Deans Switch )and the series connection of non -polar capillary column PDMS - land polar capillary column Lowox. The results showed that by using external quantitative method, it could separate and determine 14 trace oxygenates within 30 min. The relative standard deviations ofstandard samples for 5 repeated tests were less than 2.00% ,the recoveries of standard addition of naph- tha sample ranged from 96.95% to 102.86% , and the minimum detection limit of all trace oxygenates was 0.1 μg/g, indicating the method was useful for the determination of trace oxygenates in naphtha.
