摘要
根据数控系统发展趋势提出了基于实时工业以太网的开放式数控系统新架构,详细分析了EtherCAT协议通信原理、EtherCAT协议应用于开放式数控系统的优势及其设计。系统主站采用凌动D520工控机、Linux平台的数控软件EMC2,从站设备选用日本三洋公司的RS系列伺服驱动器及马达。最后,给出实验结果。
According to the development trends of CNC system, it put forward a new architecture of CNC system based on real-time industrial Ethemet. It detailed the theory of EtherCAT protocol, and it' s superiority and design on CNC system. The master of system applied Atom IPC-D520, and CNC software- EMC2 based on Linux. The slaves applied servo driver and motor of type RS from SANMotion in Japan. Finally, it gave the experimental results.
