基于SSi2的海事信息服务平台的研究与实现

随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,信息化时代已经到来。为提高内河码头运输效能,宣传和贯彻水上交通安全方针、政策、法规和技术规范、标准,快速、便捷、及时获取各种信息,实现对海事信息资源的统一管理,为企业的发展提供更多的机遇和更广阔的发展空间,促进区域经济的发展,建设一个海事信息服务平台显得越来越重要。文中在深入研究海事信息服务平台的发展现状基础上,提出一个基于SSi2体系架构的海事信息服务平台。

Along with the computer technology and network technology development, the information age has been coming. In order to improve the embarcadero transportation efficiency, propagandize and carry out the water traffic safety principles, policies, quickly, conveniently and timely obtain all kind maritime information resources, provide more regulations and technical specifications and standards, s of information, and realize the unified management of opportunities and wider development space for the enterprises, promote the development of regional economy, so building a maritime information service platform is becoming more and more important. This paper puts forward a maritime information service platform based on SSi2, through an in-depth study of present development situation of maritime information service platform. Based on thorough study on development present situation, it presents a system framework based on SSi2 maritime information service platform.
