完善我国渔业立法的建议

Discussion on Fisheries Legislation in China

我国渔业在快速发展的同时伴随着渔业立法的不断完善,但是我们也不能回避渔业立法存在的不足。本文从我国渔业立法的基本情况、我国渔业立法的表现形式两个角度分析了我国渔业立法的现状,进而指出了我国渔业立法存在的问题,最后提出了完善我国渔业立法的对策建议。

With the rapid development of the fisheries industry, fisheries legislation has been gradually improved in China. But at the same time, we cannot avoid the problems of fisheries legislation. The au- thor analyzed the current situation of China＇s fisheries legislation from two aspects of the basic situa- tion of fisheries legislation and the forms of fisheries legislation. And there are some problems of fish- eries legislation in China is pointed out. Finally, some suggestions were put forward.
