摘要
介绍了砷锑钼蓝光度法测定外购生铁中砷含量,在现有分析方法上加以改进,在称样之前将生铁粉在高温马弗炉内灼烧1 h左右除去C。之后,对溶样温度控制范围在200℃左右,溶样过程的冒烟时间进行了实验和比较,并研究了抗坏血酸保存时间对测定结果的影响,确定了线性范围和测定检出限,将其它方法定值过的样品与测定结果进行比较,证明方法可行。通过实验,本方法的准确率在国家标准范围内,砷的相对标准偏差<4%,适用于外购生铁中砷含量的测定。
This paper talks about rierermination arsenic content of outsourcing pig iron with spectropho- tometry. The pig iron powder was burned in high temperature muffle furnace about one hour, then carbon was removed. Method research involves the temperature of sample dissolution, which is controlled around 200℃. the process of smoke time of sample dissolution was experimented and compared, and also re- searches the determination resultsinfluenced by storage time of ascorbic acid. the range of linearity was confirmed, as well as, detection limited was determinated. Compared the determination results with sam- ple valued by other method which confirmed the method is feasible. The accuracy of the method is within the national standard reference ranges. RSD of arsenic is less than 4%, which is suitable for determina- tion arsenic content of outsourcing pig iron with spectrophotometry.
