The paper discusses financing approaches of practical training equipments in college, some kinds of potential risks and fundamentals of AHP. Combining the case of financing of practical training e- quipment, enclosing AHP for the program of risk quantification and compositing the identification risks to make risk quantification analysis for the financing approaches, which would offer theory basis for the leadership to make decision.
