高职冶金技术专业校外实训基地的建设与思考

Off-campus Training Base Construction of Metallurgical Technology Major at Vocational Colleges

针对高职冶金技术专业教育的特点,阐述了校外实训基地建设应该具备的主要功能,探讨了高职冶金技术专业校外实训基地建设存在的主要问题,提出了政府推动、建立校企共赢机制、健全管理模式、培养和使用"双师型"教师以及开发校内仿真实训软件5个方面的措施来完善高职冶金技术专业校外实训基地建设。

According to the characteristics of vocational metallurgical technology education, this paper states primary function and some primal problems of off-campus training base construction, and also pro- poses five following measures of completing training base, which are government pushing, win-win coop- eration between college and enterprises, perfecting management mode, training and employ double-quali- fied faculty team and developing simulations training software.
