水热法制备不同形貌和结构的BiVO_4/GO复合光催化剂 被引量:2

摘要 采用水热的方法,通过调控水热温度及配比,制备了具有不同晶型和晶体形貌的Bi-VO4/GO(氧化石墨)复合可见光光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、FTIR和UV-Vis对样品进行表征.XRD分析显示水热温度180℃、配比为mGO:mBiVO4=1:1的条件下光催化剂呈现纯度较高的单斜白钨矿结构.以甲基橙(MO)的可见光催化降解反应为模型反应,研究了催化剂的可见光催化性能.结果表明GO改性的催化剂的催化能力比纯BiVO4有极大程度的提高. BiVO4/GO Composite Photocatalysts with different morphologies and structures were synthesized by hydrothermal mthod by controlling the mGO:mBiVO4, reaction temperature. The BiVO4/GO samples were characterized by means of XRD,SEM, FTIR and UV-Vis . The XRD showed that sample prepared under 180℃ and mGO:mBiVO4=1:1 showed the highly crystalline monoclinic scheelite structure. The photocatalytic activity was investigated using methyl orange (MO) as a photocatalytic degradation model reactant. Results showed that the GO-doped catalysts enhanced photocatalytic activities under visible-light irradiation.
