青少年儿童休闲运动认知、参与行为与身心健康关系的研究

Research on the Relationship between Teenager Children's Leisure Sports Cognition,Participative Behavion,Physical and Mental Health

采用文献资料,问卷调查等研究方法,探讨了青少年儿童休闲运动认知、参与行为与身心健康的差异状况及相关性.研究结果表明:(1)青少年儿童对休闲运动有高度认知,参与行为的积极性不高,他们身心健康处于亚身心健康状态;(2)不同性别、不同年龄的青少年儿童休闲运动认知、参与行为与身心健康之间存在非常显著性差异;(3)不同类型学校的青少年儿童参与行为、身心健康之间存在非常显著性差异,而在休闲运动认知之间不存在显著性差异;(4)不同经济背景家庭的青少年儿童在参与行为之间存在非常显著性差异,而在休闲运动认知、参与行为之间不存在显著性差异;(5)通过相关分析可知,青少年休闲运动认知、参与行为、身心健康之间存在非常显著的相关性.根据结果得出一些结论和建议,以期为学校、家庭等部门提供有益参考.

This paper analyzes the difference status and correlations of Teenager children＇s leisure sports cognition, participative behavion, and physical and mental health through the methods of literature,questionnaire and so on. Research results show that： （1） teenager children have high degree of cognition of leisure sports, but have low degree of enthusiasm about participative behaviors, and teenager children remains the state of sub-health; （2） there exists fairly salient gap concerning the relation between leisure sport cognition, participative behavior, and physical and mental health based on teenager children＇s different gender and ages; （3） there exists fairly salient gap concerning the relation between teenager children＇s leisure sport cognition, participative behavior, and physical and mental health based on different sorts of schools, however, there does not exist any salient differences as to leisure sports perception in general （4） there exists fairly salient differences among participative behavior to teenager children from different economic backgrounds of families, there does not exist any salient differences as to leisure sports cognition, and physical and mental health in general; （5） via the correlation analysis, it concludes that there exists fairly salient gap concerning the relation between teenager children＇s leisure sport perception, participative behavior, and physical and mental health. Based on the results, we can make a conclusion and put forward reasonable proposals to provide effective reference for schools and relative management departments, families and Management Departments.
