预留切槽红砂岩的楔形压头侵压试验研究

摘要 目前对静压破岩机理的试验研究多为经典侵压试验,对刀具破岩产生的压痕切槽对后续周边刀具破岩的影响问题研究较少.为了获得最优刀间距,研究如何采用预切槽技术降低刀具工作推力等问题,采用楔形压头对预留切槽岩石的侵压试验,重点研究了不同切槽间距对楔形压头破碎参数的影响,并开展了不同切槽深度对压头跃进破碎的影响研究.研究结果表明,岩石破碎时,楔形压头推力与切槽间距对数相关,楔形压头破岩量与切槽间距高度线性相关. Most of experimental studies on the rock-breaking mechanism under static pressure were based on classic penetration tests.A few studies about the impact of the indentation grooving generated from the rock-breaking cutlery on the subsequent surrounding rock-breaking cutlery were completed.For the purposes of the optimal cutlery spacing as well as greatly reducing the cutlery work thrust with the technology of pre-grooving,the invasion pressure tests of wedge-shaped indenters to the reserved grooving rock were conducted and the impacts of different grooving pitches on crushing parameters of the wedge-shaped indenter were focused on.Additionally,the impact on indenter penetration of various counter groove depths was also carried out.The experimental results indicate that there is a logarithmic correlation between the thrust of a wedge-shaped indenter and a grooving distance,and a highly linear correlation between a rock-breaking volume and a grooving distance.
