甘肃省发展低碳经济若干思考

高能耗、高污染、低增长率为特征的经济增长方式在一定程度上制约着甘肃省经济的发展。而随着化石能源数量的绝对减少,生态环境的不断恶化,将导致甘肃省经济发展严重滞后。低碳经济是在全球气候变化、能源枯竭的背景下提出的,以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的经济模式。因此,甘肃省应利用好发展低碳经济的机遇,充分开发和利用可再生能源,积极调整能源结构、培植新产业,转变经济增长方式,以实现甘肃省经济的可持续发展。

With the reduction in fossil energy, and the deteriorat/ng ecological environment, it will lead to economic development in Gansu Province seriously lagging behind. Low - carbon economy is presented in background of global climate change and energy depletion. It is based on low power consumption, low pollution, and low - emission - based economic model. Therefore, Gansu Province should make good use of opportunities for the development of a low - carbon economy, for development and utilization of renewable energy sources, and actively adjust energy structure, cultivate new industries, and the transformation of economic growth mode, in order to achieve sustainablei economic development in Gansu Province.
