荷叶中生物碱对昆明小鼠减肥降脂作用的研究

Effect of Lotus Leaf Alkaloid on Reducing Weight of Kunming Mice Cholesterol-lowering

探讨荷叶生物碱对肥胖模型小鼠体质量和血脂的影响,为开发降低体质量和血脂的天然高效的减肥产品奠定基础。选取昆明小鼠50只,雌雄各50%,随机分为5组,即对照组(蒸馏水)、模型组(果糖)、试验组:低剂量组(生物碱12.5 mg/kg)、中剂量组(生物碱25.0 mg/kg)、高剂量组(生物碱50.0 mg/kg),分别灌胃上述药物,每周称量小鼠体质量1次,直至4周后体质量明显下降,停止试验。取血清检测血脂变化。与模型组比较荷叶碱处理组小鼠体质量明显减轻,血脂明显降低,对照组无明显变化。荷叶中生物碱有减轻体质量、降低血脂的作用。

The lotus leaf alkaloid on obesity model the influence of body mass and blood lipid in mice is investigated,for the development of lower body mass and blood lipid of natural foundation and effective weight loss products.Evenly divided 50 methods：Kunming mice,both male and female,are randomly divided into 5 groups,namely the control group（distilled water）,model group（fructose）,the experimental group,low dose group（12.5 mg/kg alkaloids）,middle dose group of alkaloids（25.0 mg/kg）,the high dose group（alkaloids 50.0 mg/kg）,respectively,to fill the stomach drugs above,weighing body mass in mice,once a week until 4 weeks after body quality is decreased obviously,stop the test.Changes in serum lipid,lotus leaf alkali treatment group compared with model group mice body quality significantly reduce,significantly lower blood lipid,the control group no significant change.Lotus leaf alkaloid has reduced the weight of body,lowering blood fat.
