摘要 铜阳极泥是铜电解精炼中的一种副产品,是回收贵金属的重要原料。本文以铜阳极泥为原料,研究了硫酸化焙烧-酸浸预处理工艺。首先考察了酸泥比、温度、时间等因素对硫酸化焙烧蒸硒效果的影响。研究结果表明,硫酸化焙烧蒸硒工序中,当酸泥比为1.8、焙烧温度为650℃、焙烧时间为2h时,硒的脱除率达到98%以上;酸浸脱铜工序中,当酸浓度为150g/L、酸浸温度为80℃、酸浸时间为2h时,铜的脱除率达到99%以上。而后对铜阳极泥进行了综合优化实验,铜阳极泥经两步预处理工序后得到34.87%渣,渣中金品位从原来的2054g/t富集到5 848g/t。 The copper anode slime is a by-product of copper electrolytic refining,which is an important raw material for the recovery of precious metals.In this paper the pretreatment of copper anode slime by sulfurizing roasting—leaching process was studied.Different conditions,such as acid-slime ratio,roasting temperature and time were studied in detail.The results showed that when the roasting temperature was 650℃,n(H_2SO_4)/n(anode slime) was 1.8,the roasting time was 2h,98%of selenium can be removed.If the leaching temperature was controlled at 80O_,the leaching time was at 2h,and the acid concentration was 150g/L,more than 99%of copper can be removed.After pretreatment of anode slime at comprehensive optimization conditions,the grade of gold reached 2 054 g/t from 5 848 g/t,and the weight of anode slime decreased to 34.87%.
