低伤害压裂技术在薄互层气藏中的应用

摘要 苏里格气田东区与中部相比,产量更低,储层物性等特征也有一定的变化,体现在岩性变差(泥质含量升高),压力系数进一步降低,层更薄,砂泥岩薄互分布的现象更严重,物性更差,存在一定天然裂缝。上述原因导致苏里格东区压裂液返排更加困难、储层与裂缝更易伤害、裂缝支撑剖面更为复杂等压裂难点,大大影响了压裂改造效果,为此,在苏里格东区开展了低伤害羧甲基压裂液技术,同时,针对东区储层存在多薄层及天然裂缝,使得低伤害压裂技术在施工中存在压裂滤失较大、裂缝高度难以控制等问题,进行室内设计优化研究,并结合现场试验,取得较好效果。 Compare with central gas field, Sue's eastern gas field are lowyield.The reservoir physical properties and characteristics also have certain change,reflecting in the worse lithology (argillaceous content rise)、lower pressure coefficient、thinner layer、thinner mudstone interbed distribution and worse property.It exists certain natural fractures.They cause more difficult about the fracture fluid return discharge、worse damage of reservoir and cracks、more complex of crack support profile and so on. For this reason we must carry out the low damage carboxy methyl fracturing fluid technology. Because Sue's east reservoir exist numerous thin beds、natural fractures,it lead to bigger fracturing filter loss.Through the indoor design and optimization research achieve good results.
