ethnicity是一个晚近诞生的英文词汇,也是当代社会科学族裔群体研究中的重要概念与理论路径,广泛应用于人类学、社会学、政治学等多个研究领域。本文对ethnicity相关概念和理论进行梳理,展示以"族属"作为其中文译名的合理性,提升中文相关知识的再生产与对话能力。
As an important academic concept and theoretical direction in the studies on ethnic group , ethnicity was widely used in many research field , such as anthropology , sociology , politics , and so on.The paper reviews the ideas and theories about ethnicity ; on the basis of it , discovers the suitability of using '族属' as a Chinese translation of ethnicity , which means the promotion of the ability of the relative knowledge reproduction and dialogue in the Chinese academic context.
