结合我国煤炭大企业集团实际,对其现行管理模式存在的突出问题进行了深入挖掘。在此基础上,提出基于资本控制的战略协调型管理模式,通过新旧模式对比指出了其新特点,论证了其可行性,并针对新模式实施过程中的条件要求,提出了相应的建议。

Starting from the reality of the coal industry,it deeply investigates the disadvantages of the current management mode.On the basis of these,it innovatively puts forward the strategy coordinated management model based on capital control,and by comparing with the old mode,the comparative advantages and the feasibility of its implementation are fully demonstrated,and correspondingly,the appropriate recommendations is also given.
