摘要
构建了我国大型煤炭企业运营战略决策对绩效影响的概念模型框架,针对实际情况设计调查问卷,运用结构方程模型方法验证本文所提出的研究假设,研究结论为煤炭企业提高企业绩效和竞争优势,最终实现可持续发展提供了理论指导和决策依据。
A conceptual model framework for China’s large coal enterprises has been proposed in this paper.The application of the framework is in strategic decision making processes that may affect overall enterprise performance.A questionnaire has been established and designed around the current situation in large coal enterprises.The hypothesis has been verified by using a structural equation model methodology.Research results provide theoretical guidance on decision making for coal enterprises to improve business performance,increase their competitive edge and to achieve sustainable development.
