平煤十三矿主排水系统自动化改造项目的应用与推广

摘要 针对平煤十三矿主排水系统采用人工控制水泵方式进行排水存在的客观问题,通过主排水系统的自动化和信息化改造实现水泵机组完全自动化,分析了主排水系统自动化改造的目的,详细介绍了主排水系统自动化改造的具体措施和改造后实现的功能,并对主排水系统自动化改造后的效益进行了分析。改造后的排水系统运行安全可靠,提高了设备运行的时效性,提升了管理的信息共享能力,在确保煤矿生产的安全性和可靠性的同时,节约了耗能成本和人力成本。 Aimed at the problems existed in the manual operated main drainage system,the complete automation of pump unit was achieved through the automation and informatization renovation.The objective and the specific measures of the automation renovation of main drainage system were introduced as well as the functions after the renovation.Moreover,the economic benefit after the renovation was analyzed.The practice showed that the improved drainage system ran safely and reliably,and the working efficiency of the system and the degree of information sharing were also enhanced.The costs of energy consumption and manpower were saved on the basis of the safe and reliable production.
