摘要
针对已有的煤炭技术标准种类繁多和标准体系层次结构与功能结构不强而导致的标准价值未能充分发挥的现状,设计了一套基于B/S结构的煤炭技术标准体系信息系统。分析了构建该信息系统的必要性,详细介绍了该信息系统的设计思路、设计原则和系统各功能模块的设计。通过对该信息系统的实际应用表明,该信息系统实现了煤炭技术标准体系系统化、网络化和信息化的管理,为煤炭技术标准搭建了信息平台,提供了煤炭标准资源的快捷网络服务,实现了煤炭标准资源的共享。
The present standard system for the coal technology includes a wide range of items and it’s less clear hierarchical and functional structure makes it fail to fully play its roles.In view of this,the information system of coal technical standard system was built up on the basis of B/S structure.The necessity of construction of this system was analyzed,and the design ideas and principles as well as the design of each functional module were introduced in detailed.The application of this information system showed that the systematized,networked and informationized management of coal technical standard system were achieved.The system constructed an information platform for the coal technical standards,provided a quick network service,and achieved the resource sharing of the coal standards.
